INITIAL CONSULTATION

At your request, we will meet with you to further explain our program, available levels of  service, and address any questions you might have. Based on our initial meeting, the scale of your operation, and your company's specific requirements, we will provide you with an outline of our cost structure. There is no obligation at this stage, and you have the opportunity to consider what we can bring to your operation. Should you determine this would be a good fit for your company, we would take you on as a client, and proceed with the next stage, the audit.

FIRST PHASE - THE AUDIT

Expose Group will initiate each project with a standard audit process. This is a comprehensive package of questions and themes designed to help identify key pain points and opportunities for improvement. We offer three basic options (levels) in the audit process, depending on the specific requirements of your organization.

 

These include:

• Executive Audit (level one)

• Summary Audit (level two)

• ​Comprehensive Audit (level three)

The audit framework at all three levels is the same, but the depth and number of stakeholder and department inputs is increased at each level. In each section, a preliminary plan to address each key point will be provided.

SECOND PHASE - THE UNPACKING

The second phase (at your option), is to unpack the Expert Operations Strategies, to examine and address the key points arising from the audit phase of the project. In this phase, a clear strategy with deliverables to implement will be provided in a clear, concise "Action Plan Report".

THIRD PHASE - OVERSIGHT 

The final phase of the project is to work directly with you oversee and provide accountability around the execution of the action plan report, which was delivered in the second phase. This phase involves regular and ongoing stakeholder engagement sessions, accountability measures, and ongoing support.
